Memorial City is a 200-acre, mixed-use real estate complex outside of downtown Houston. It is a virtual city-within-a city. But with greater Houston booming, so has the competition.
We proposed a new strategic positioning, tagline branding and marketing efforts that implied a city on the rise. Our creative platform and offspring campaigns positioned Memorial City as a constantly-reinventing, premier destination and a vibrant city to be reckoned with.
