As Founder/CEO of Rivalista, I’m pioneering conversational Companion AI Sportsbuddies for leagues, teams and sportsbrands — a proving ground for where fan engagement, marketing and behavioral data are heading. Through my AI Consultancy, AI Right-Now Ready, I train professionals and organizations to adopt AI in ways that make them more efficient, more creative, and more competitive. This all creates a robust collision of creativity, product innovation, and AI that keeps me on the frontline of what’s next.

A Track Record of Creative Impact
I spent a decade at Deutsch NY, rising to EVP/ECD and leading the agency’s largest account (PNC Bank). I oversaw more than 1,500 pieces of creative, unified fragmented business lines under one brand, and helped scale Deutsch from a boutique to a national powerhouse — including launching the LA office. Along the way, my new business wins contributed to over $325M in revenue, with wins for Mitsubishi, AIM Mutual Funds, Baskin-Robbins, and Bank of America.

At Lipman, I was recruited to help build their consumer and “masstige” division as ECD, driving their strategic, digital and video transformation, Clients included Hasbro, Canyons Resort, Yankee Candle Company, and startups including Archetypes.com, Unreal Candy, and Good Project Beverages.

As an Independent Consultant, I’ve partnered with dozens of the world’s most prestigious agencies, including BBDO, Ogilvy, McCann, Landor, BBH  and Digitas Health — and worked across financial services, media, entertainment, sports, food & beverage, wellness, technology, and real estate. Whatever the category, the through-line is the same: work the brief, extract the truth, and build solutions that move.

Where I Come From
I’m a grad of University of Delaware’s prolific Visual Communications program, and when I'm not problem-solving for companies, I'm creating strategies my Yankees and Real Madrid fandom, creating musical platforms for my blues band or hunting down the best blue crabs in Chinatown’s fish markets.

Where I’m Going
The industry is shifting fast. AI is rewriting how we think, create, collaborate, and compete. I’ve never been more excited. My goal — whether I’m leading a team, guiding a brand, or building a new platform — is to help people harness that shift with clarity and confidence.
