The New York City brand was seen as pushy, aggressive, young andinexperienced—a second-tier player.

We recast the brand with a positioning of going ‘above and beyond’- – assertive, resourceful, direct, unstuffy, not entrenched in bureaucracy – a make-it-happen, real estate company.
